We hired Jillian Emerson to represent us in a complex case as grandparents seeking custody of their 2 year old granddaughter. Jillian and her team were extremely professional & compassionate in what was a very difficult time for us. They were always available to us and returned calls & emails promptly, even after normal business hours. After our first meeting Jillian & her team put in long hours to learn the complexities of the case and within a very short time had a grasp of the facts that rivaled our own. Jillian & her team made us feel like we were their only clients and they were as invested in the outcome as much as we were. My wife & I participated in strategy sessions with the team and our input was encouraged and respected.
