I hired this law firm on 12/012020 based on the advice I was given at the consultation by my lawyer Sara. I was told my case would take 2 or 3 days to be heard by the court because it was an OTSC. Once I paid the $3,000 retainer, I did not get a court date until 5 WEEKS LATER! During those 5 WEEKS, I, the client had to call to inquire about why it was taking so long and be charged for the call. I, the client had to send emails to get answers and be charged for the emails. I the client had to set up phone conference with my lawyer and be charged just to be told that they would email the court today. I have called and spoke with many people at this law firm and no one could transfer me to a manager or one of the partners. I'm still waiting for a call from Melinda Previtera, as I was told by my attorney, Sara, on 1/20/2021. In less than 5 months I have been charged $9,500 by this law firm and just received another request for an additional $2,000. I'm a client that's not satisfied with their work and no one has reached out to see what the issue is.
