“The fees are extraordinarily high, with no flexibility or consideration for the client's financial circumstances, regardless of how sensitive the situation might be. The firm's approach to payment is rigid, they take whatever amount of money you owe them with no notice and no attempt of working with clients; it was shocking to feel that my financial stress was ignored.”

“Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and I urge anyone considering this firm to proceed cautiously, understand the costs are ridiculously high with very little work, although they'll come up with an itemized list of things allegedly worked on. I hope the firm takes client feedback seriously and reassesses its approach to better support and empathize with those they serve. I urge anyone and everyone to look elsewhere for representation in your cases.”
