They neglected, and then abandoned, my case after having it for a year. Beware getting involved with these people.

I told my lawyer(Morgan &Morgan) that the property adjustor for my case doesn't work for the company anymore and to see if i can be assigned another adjustor to order my trunk for a not at fault accident, its been over 2 months, im still waiting to get my trunk fixed, they said they were sending me to a orthopedics to get test, i went twice. The office is saying they have no LP yet.gas is really high right now.My patients is wearing thin, The first car is the other drivers car the trunk and fender and bumper needed to be replaced. Adjustor didnt even try to get it right.

Bank gave me a 100.00 BILL that was fraudulent I called them and no one attempted to get back with me at all. Didn't let me know if they were going to pursue the situation or not.

They waisted my time even when I told them that the police put his knee on my neck trying to stop me from breathing and how it caused me emotional distress and they told me that they weren’t going to be able to help. Don’t trust Morgan and Morgan

Never return your calls, even when it’s very important info that your trying to include them in.

They don't help you at all

I had submitted an inquiry and they got back to me super fast. However, when I was transferred to their insurance dept. a representative by the name of Miriam was very nasty and had hung up on Me. She had asked for my insurance information and as I was retrieving it she literally just hung up. I called back and asked her if the call was disconnected and she said “yes, I hung up” because of her terrible service I will never use Morgan and Morgan.

DO NOT USE MORGAN & MORGAN in Philadelphia unless you like NEVER hearing from ur "team" about the status of your case, And never having your questions answered. My case is still pending, I THINK, I have no way to know ANYTHING about it since it is Impossible to reach them!

I filled out the form for the free consultation detailing just about everything I have been going thru. The next day I got an email asking me to contact them. I call and have to repeat everything I have been thru once again to the intake which is Tier 1. I get a intake number and then a number to call incase they don't call me back to go thru Tier 2. When I call I'm informed that they can't handle my case and I'm given the number for my state lawyers bar. No explanation as to why they can't nor whether or not I have a case. I thought he said that no case is to small and he doesn't turn anyone away. Feeling very frustrated.

I’ve been dealing with Morgan and Morgan since December 2020 they honestly are terrible , my lawyer was not responsive or proactive with my case , The people I talk to spoke talk in circles saying a whole lot of nothing , they take 40% while barely even doing their job . And worst of all they do not work for you ! Posted this almost 3 months ago back in November 2021, its now march of 2022 STILL NO BETTER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ACCOUNT THAT RESPONSES TO REVIEWS THEY STILL DO NOTHING ‼️‼️
