I sadly gave this company 5 stars when I signed my first franchise agreement. Unfortunately, due to a “conflict of interest” on their end they dropped me during the year and offered me other franchise attorneys that could assist me in the future. As unprofessional as I’ve seen in a firm…especially a first time client/franchisee like myself new to the system. They took my $$$ and 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️. There are plenty of other great firms. Do NOT use them!

Spadea Lignana flips your typical franchise law firm on it's head and then they run circles around them. Within no time we were able to establish a national franchise, begin to sell units, and do most of this during the pandemic. They have worked hard to establish systems to make the process easier for us as franchisor and we've heard the same for franchisees. They are also extremely reasonable in price and will work with you to accomplish your goals. Don't go anywhere else.
