The best lawyer in philly, saved my sons life from going to jail. Todd made sure that my son got the opportunity to redeem himself from the mistake he made. Todd some how turned 2 felony gun charges into 2 misdemeanors. I highly recommend him. His also very understanding cool n down to eath!!! Call him.

After working with Todd on my son's case, his performance was very helpful and worked well with us through this tough time the hole way through. I highly recommend going to him with any concerns or cases you might have. I would trust my life with him on a case, that I would have. He did a fantastic job with my sons case, while putting a great amount of time into it! And always kept my son in the loop without leaving him alone for himself in this trial. I would hire him again a million times!!!

Worst lawyer ever! Did nothing for my son's trial. He should have put him on the stand. He just took the money and ran. my son was convicted and served time for something he never did

My family members paid me Seay a large amount of money basics for nothing because he did nothing. I never liked him from the beginning. My neighbors called the cops on me just 2 weeks after moving next door to me and made up all types of LIES about me not liking them because they were transexuals. I cursed at them and they called the cops. Seay didn’t even go over my case or ask me any questions he just talked about money. He actually asked me to leave his office so him and my family members could talk about money. I went to court and he TOLD the courts to search my phone after I told him not to. They NEVER asked to see my phone bc I took pictures inside the court room (PETTY) the judge was just about to throw my case out when he told them to search my phone I ended up back in jail with a $250k bail. He then LIED to my family about my NEW CASE and said that I told him to look threw my phone , something I would never do because I had provocative photos of my self in my phone. He then stopped coming to court then charged more money AND sent me nasty and threatening texts messages. The da took MONTHS with the discovery and Seay never asked for my case to be thrown out for lack of evidence. When they finally got it, nearly five months later, he REFUSED to send me the discovery and made me come all the way downtown instead of simply texting it to me. Then he never told me about a change in court date and got me a bench warrant. He was terrible and treated me terrible. The discovery was also of them recording me IN MY OWN LAWN and he said it wasn’t my lawn. He impacted my family relationships because they hired him thinking he was a good lawyer. I can totally understand why I see a discipline on his record as a lawyer. He’s HORRIBLE.
