If it was possible to give Alan 6 stars out of 5, I would! Alan was great to work with and represented us as a real estate attorney. During close, he walked us through each and every single page of the contract. It was so helpful to have him translate all of the legal and complicated terms into plain English!  Additionally, there was some paper work that was missing and some language that needed to be clarified in the contract that he corrected/asked for. High attention to detail and knows the process well. Again, nothing but good things to be said. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I will absolutely go back to him for other topics.
