I had four open cases and absconded from probation. I live in the state of Florida and wanted to take care of my problems in Philadelphia. I called Mr. Fishman he looked up my cases and took an interest in helping me. Mr. Fishman worked very hard at all my cases. All four were dismissed and my probation was terminated. Mr. Ellis Palividas's price was more than fair. I contacted a few lawyers before speaking with Mr. Palividas and they attemped to rip me off. It was hard to find a lawyer with such honesty and charater like that of Mr. Palividas. He always called me back in a timely manner. He pulled no punches and was very honest with me in regards to what could happen in the court room. A true chess player he looked at all possible scenarios. Brian is wise clever and worth every penny as a lawyer. My ex husband had some very serious charges against him and Brian handled everything beautifully. Sometimes bad things happen to good people for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I found myself on the wrong side of a jury not to long ago. I've been in trouble before and took responsibility for my actions, but in some cases a past could be the only evidence needed to put you away for a long time.
