I had applied for a passport this summer to go on a vacation. When I received the paperwork I was denied due to an outstanding warrant in Philadelphia, Pa... I have not been in Philly since the late 80’s. I now live in N.C. I was in the Navy and I was preparing to ship out. I had paid an attorney to take care of the charges, and he did not do his job. The day that I called Mr. Fishman was the worst day of my life. I was just discharged from hospital before I was arrested, and charged with assault and recklessly endangering another person. My preliminary hearing was couple days away, and I was 4 months pregnant, with no support system in the city. I had no idea what to do. Mr. Fishman was really nice on the phone, he calmed me down, listened to my story, told me everything’s gonna be alright. and set up a meeting on the next day. He is very professional, he knows exactly what he is doing, he replies emails, texts and return calls right away. He answered all my questions and explained the whole situation to me, kept me informed the whole time. The most important is the result he got for me, after he communicated with the DA’s office, he got them to agree to withdraw all charges before the preliminary hearing! So if you want a trustworthy, knowledgeable, caring attorney, Fishman is the one. He would bring you.the best results. I certainly hope I will not need a Criminal Defence lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will hire no one other than Mr. Fishman.
