Situation regarding retail theft with another defendant involved. I was so scared when I showed up to court the first time without an attorney the judge stated I was looking at 7years in prison and I asked the judge for more time to find an attorney. It was hard finding an attorney. So I'm like okay I can't lose 7years if my life. I googled best criminal lawyers in Philadelphia PA the Fishman firm is listed as the best firm and #1 on the list. Mr. Fishman gave an outstanding outcome which is unbelievable. So saved happy to be helped, saving time and money avoiding the court going to higher court. All misdemeanors against me and my friend are withdrawn. It's crazy I'm aware there could've possible punishments like fines/court fees, probation, jail. But instead received no punishment. Even got all of the bail ($1,000) returned to me same day of the court! I'm really grateful. Best outcome. It is seriously amazing. I already had a retail theft on my record from the past. Sometimes bad things happen to good people for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I found myself on the wrong side of a jury not to long ago. I've been in trouble before and took responsibility for my actions, but in some cases a past could be the only evidence needed to put you away for a long time.
