It couldn’t have been anything else but God that brought Ellis Palividas into my life. For the last 4 years, I’ve been fighting a DUI case. This would’ve been my 3rd DUI which comes with a minimum of 1 year in a state penitentiary. I didn’t feel as though my initial lawyer had my best interest at heart. He didn’t seem sincere about my case and didn’t seem understanding enough about the negative effects that my life could have if I was found guilty. I met Mr. Palividas, and immediately he addressed my concerns about my case and I felt as though I could trust him and that he would fight for me. After speaking with him he brought several things to my attention that had not previously been mentioned by my first attorney. His passion and attention to detail make him a great attorney. I left his office with confidence knowing that he was the right man for the job. A few days before my trial I received a call from Mr. Palividas, from the sound of his voice, I knew it was good news. He informed me that the ADA on my case was willing to dismiss the DUI charge and pursue a possession charge, with the sentence of 1-year probation. I’m grateful that God brought this man into my life. I would recommend him to anyone that needs criminal representation because he will truly look out for you.

“Not guilty”. Are there two more sweeter words? I doubt it. Especially because that’s what I heard. And when you’re facing real jail time and penalties, you really can’t afford to hear anything else. Even when we went to court, and our motion to suppress, which seemed air tight, was surprisingly shot down by the judge in a last minute reversal, Brian had a plan and covered our bases.
