I would recommend Brian to anyone needing legal help or guidance. He has helped my fiancé who is on probation get through two different violations with very little to no jail time. It couldn’t have been anything else but God that brought Ellis Palividas into my life. For the last 4 years, I’ve been fighting a DUI case. This would’ve been my 3rd DUI which comes with a minimum of 1 year in a state penitentiary. I didn’t feel as though my initial lawyer had my best interest at heart. He didn’t seem sincere about my case and didn’t seem understanding enough about the negative effects that my life could have if I was found guilty.
