Weirdest crap I ever seen , was in a auto accident talked to my insurance company . Couples hours after had someone calling from here congratulating me for winning my auto accident claim . Never had that happen before told them I had no injuries but had thoracic spinal surgery they said go to disston chiropractor I showed up there they sent Samuel fishmans business card . Never ended up going to appointment walked out called my insurance company me and my insurance called this guy they could not tell us any information about this it was really really weird . My insurance questioned them and they hung up .

I am currently in the process of going thru my settlement. I was involved in a hit and run on my way to work on February 13th in the state of NJ. His office reached out to me first, I was hesitant at first thinking it was a scam. But, so far Samuel Fishman has been amazing! He contacts me himself when needed, even on non business days and hours which lets me know he’s truly dedicated. He keeps me updated and his staff are extremely polite. He is honest and lets you know the real deal of how it should all play out. He lets you know he’s doing his best and is working on getting you the best results. I have heard horror stories from others with other attorneys with Samual this is not the case. Thank you to the entire office.

I decided to work with Samuel Fisherman after my first car accident. At the beginning of my claim representatives from his office worked with me throughout my recovery. After a year, Samuel decided to drop my claim. This lawyer never spoke with me once throughout this year long case. I do not recommend Samuel Fisherman. I would like to add that this attorney was never available when called by phone.
