This afternoon I took my grandmother to an appointment with Samuel Fishman. She wanted to get a few letters explained and because she does not speak English, I was her translator. We were walking into his office and it was taking a little time because my grandmother is in a wheelchair and they do not have a ramp for her to go up on. A man walks by us and mutters under his breath "What...the...hell" I didn't want to assume it was towards us because I had never seen him before. Then he walks up to his secretary and says "Damn it THESE people". I was very shocked and hurt by this remark from a complete stranger! That man ended up being Samuel Fishman. We come into his office and my grandmother is by the wall in her wheelchair, he comes in after us and says "fine, I'll walk around" like he expected my grandmother to move out of the way. Then when I'm translating some things for my grandmother, she begins to ask questions and he looks like at her and asks "are you dumb or something?", I was in absolute disbelief, but I didn't translate that for obvious reasons. I politely ask him, "Please do not disrespect my grandmother" Fishman tells me "Who the hell are you? I'm not taking orders from a 16 year old!" (I am a US Marine veteran) I calmly say to him "Please stop being so disrespectful, she just wants to understand. Can you treat us like human beings, like clients?" He gets very angry and screams at me "How about you treat ME like a human being, MAYBE then I'll treat YOU PEOPLE like that". He proceeds to ask my grandmother in English, "Where are you from?Ukraine?" My grandmother doesn't understand and just quietly nods at him to which he says "That explains so much. How about she goes and takes her problems up with Putin?" I'm just looking at him at this point because I have nothing to say to this man. He yells at me "What the hell are you staring at?!" My grandmother started crying. I just told my grandmother lets go, and we left.

Worst lawyer in the city does nothing for you you basically do all the ground work they just take the credit and dont give out loans lost my job still didnt receive any type of help he is just out for self dont I repeat DON'T USE HIM fair warning you will be very disappointed

This office was my saving grace! I went to them after my husband and I were in a debilitating car accident. From the very beginning I felt confident that they understood my concerns and were fighting for us. It was a long grueling process fighting the other insurance company, but they kept me updated throughout it all. They fought to get us the maximum amount and they did! I would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know. They're straight shooters and will tell you like it is, and I appreciated that.
