I consulted with Samuel Fishman about my mom, who fell and broke her wrist. Mr. Fishman explained the situation to me and my mother and my mom’s remedies and her possibility to recover in a legal action. My mom decided not to make a claim, but I am very grateful for Mr.Fishman’s time and his very detailed, free consultation, even though due to my Mom’s personal reasons, she decided to not file any claims.
