Divorce & Child Custody were probably the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with in life. In retrospect, I consider myself lucky to have had Lydia represent me through this awful ordeal. As my advisor, Lydia was thorough, sensible, and patient to ensure I fully understood our approach to dealing with the particulars of my divorce and custody arrangement. As my legal council, Lydia was a steadfast, professional, and a powerful advocate for my rights. Lydia represented my divorce, support and custody needs. After avoiding the issue of estate planning for a long time we were finally prodded by our children to take action. I called a legal firm my family members had used and left a message. A call back came a day later. In the mean time I found Chestnut Hill Legal online and called. A courteous young man answered, determined what I was looking for, and set up a free zoom consultation with Mr. DeLillo for a week or so later. During the consultation Mr. DiLello patiently explained the difference between a living trust and a will and discussed other documents we would need for a complete estate plan.. He said if you would like me to represent you you need to sign an agreement electronically and submit his fee. The next step was a zoom meeting at which he went over the particulars of the will and other documents like who gets what. We selected a time and date for the conference using an electronic calendar displaying what times were available. He then sent draft documents for review and correction. We used the calendar again to select a time for our only in person meeting at which we signed the documents and had them notarized. We were then each given a neat package with the completed documents labeled Estate Plan . Subsequently we received pdf copies of all the documents which we forwarded to our adult children. We were pleased with the efficiency of the entire transaction and Mr. DeLello's professionalism and patient explanations. We would recommend him to others without reservation

Louis helped me via a Zoom consultation yesterday. I greatly appreciated his willingness to share his expertise and thoughts with me.
