Ben and his law firm successfully settled my case with the state of Pennsylvania regarding an inheritance tax issue. Ben was caring and compassionate throughout the process, professional in all of his interactions both with me and in the courtroom setting, and maintained frequent communications with me throughout the case.

As executor of my brother's estate, and living out of state, I required the assistance of an attorney to aid in the settlement.
