Charles gets the job done! I was recently brought up on charges stemming from a fist fight with a roommate and was facing Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Reckless Endangerment charges. Beginning with the preliminary hearing, Charles was prepared, attentive and showed the person testifying against me no mercy. Charles was able to pick out holes in the plaintiff's story, challenged the DA during attempts to lead and even displayed his literary knowledge during his closing remarks by using a quote that would have made for great tv on any legal drama out there. I had a Bench warrant for a DUI nearly 7 years ago. I was arrested for fighting and later taken to jail. Upon being arrested, I was informed I had another warrant in Virginia. While incarcerated for two weeks, Charles came all the way too the jail a couple times to keep me updated on the statuses of my situations. This was a custody case...I was referred to Ms. Gibbs and after our first interaction I thought he was a know it all who didn't really listen to my story. But I must say I judged him alllllllll wrong. He listens & takes notes the way that fits him best and does it at a high level. He has a relationship with the court system here in this area and is well respected. And when we got in the courtroom he was like a pit bull tht didn't let up. I really value his knowledge & think he's well worth the pay hands down!!! I've had two lawyers before him and wasn't impressed at all .
