Harry saved the day! I initiated what I thought would be a simple commercial property transaction and quickly realized that I needed legal representation. The other parties were not cooperative and my best interest was not a priority. Based on a recommendation, I reached out to Harry late afternoon on a Friday and Harry returned the call Friday evening. Harry is brilliant and knows exactly how to strategically handle resistance. My only regret is that I did not hire Harry before executing the Agreement of Sale. If you need a real estate attorney or litigator, I highly recommend Harry. Harry is hands down one of the BEST!

We hired Mr. Cook for what we thought would be a small case. Unfortunately it did not turn out that way. The case involved an educational institution and we are thankful for Mr. Cook’s knowledge, assertiveness when necessary, and calm demeanor when necessary. He was also very kind and thoughtful to our family during this extremely stressful process. I don’t know what we would have done with out his level of expertise in the area of IEP‘s and making the educational institution accountable for their actions. Harry Cook aptly balanced my son's needs for representation along with my son's approved involvement of me, his mother. He discussed strategy and case precedent with both us simultaneously. He responded to my son quickly, even outside of traditional business hours including evenings and weekends. I have hired many attorneys prior to having Mr. Cook work on my case but I will have to say he is the best by far. He is very intuitive, very responsive and gave me very good advice. We reached out to Harry to navigate us through a complicated, time-sensitive real estate transaction when the original Seller who signed the contract passed away, and the estate's executor attempted to void the contract. Harry presented us with our legal options: seek damages vs. re-do the contract and the implications of each. When we decided on the latter, Harry provided a new contract format and was very patient with the seller's back-and-forth questions on the content. Harry also accommodated the tight timeline, turning his to-dos around very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Harry is just outstanding! How can I thank him enough? He was not only a top professional he was also a great human being, listening and reassuring in times of extreme stress.
