Sorely disappointed with the way my in-laws estate is being handled. As Attorney for the Executrix, Mr Kivitz has not been timely or responsive. His handling of matters of the court, and missing deadlines with counsel for the heirs has cost the estate, and its heirs unnecessary costs in legal fees and taxes.

A Lawyer that is knowledgeable explained my business with clarity when I didn’t understand he explained it again.Jay Kivitz gave me some advice that I needed to hear he also put to rest those myths that are not true in our Urban communities.
