i would never hire this woman Shes a liar doesn't care about kids hence why she told my x file PFAs on my wife and I to obtain custody and i had slow custody now she ripped the child outate the only thing she ever known and is danger with the way the mothers using again sick sick sick sick she should be ashamed of her self.

Deborah has been a strong and successful advocate for clients in pursuit of family, legal support. She is both professional and empathetic in providing counsel. In most domestic cases there will be a party on the losing end. Either by virtue of the facts of the case and/or as a result of their own behavior. Writing a false and misleading evaluation of the opposing counsel is their way of deflecting from their own short-comings. Keep that in mind when you read these reviews. Deborah Brand is an experienced legal professional who has the ability to understand and sympathize with her client's while at the same time providing a strong representation of their case and delivering positive results. Deborah Brand - I found to be a Very professional no nonsense attorney. Deborah listens and acts thoroughly to address the issues at hand in a timely efficient manner. She’s caring and knowledgeable. Debrorah articulates situations well across multiple disciplines to people with varied knowledge of the legal system. She’s able to successfully communicate to those at all levels. I would recommend her to others that may find themselves in a situation requiring her services. It’s a difficult field dealing with people in high emotional states but she handles it well.

We had an appointment this morning at 10 concerning custody of my child. My ex wife and I were both present and ready at the appointed time. Deborah was a no call, no show, no email, nothing. Never heard back from her. We found a sitter for my child, and I got up early (I work 2nd shift right now) to be able to accommodate The appointment we set with her. Highly unprofessional.

I recently wrote the above words in an email to Deborah, thanking her for her guidance in the divorce process. Deborah is definitely one of the good ones. She has a warm, caring, and genuine personality that makes you feel comfortable in her presence. However, she is very professional and is able to be authoritative when necessary. She was very fair in billing, not watching the clock for every little second of her time. Deborah may not earn a high income by helping couples reach an agreement quickly and amicably, but she does a lot of good for the world and humankind.

After 19 years and earning more than my spouse I was terrified of the divorce process. My neighbor who is a teacher praised her experience as her own mediator, and good relations in the community as a school board member. Debbie put my mind at ease during our initial consultation, and spoke with me as a friend but provided me with all the legal considerations I needed to know which was exactly what I wanted. I found her to be a very compassionate, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable attorney. I could have gone through mediation but knew it was in my best interest to hire her as my attorney instead. Aside from my initial consultation, our divorce agreement was settled within two visits and effective today, the judge said your divorce is FINAL! I couldn't be happier with my results and gladly recommend her to everyone I meet - hands down!!

My involvement with Deborah came about via court order. Neither one of us wanted to do custody mediation. Very little was said between the two of us. Ms. Brand never took sides, and steered the mediation with grace and ease. A powerful woman in her own right, we were able to come to a fair custody agreement that was beneficial to all parties involved. I would highly recommend Ms. Brand to anyone. She makes the process easy to beat. Although the meeting ended with my soon to be ex storming out, I did find relief in the mediation session. Ms. Brand is a very warm and down to earth person. It was a pleasure to meet her, considering the circumstances.

Ms. Brand is a very kind and compassionate attorney. I saw Ms. Brand for custody mediation. I have been threw this before but never with Ms. Brand. She really was so caring and kind and so helpful. She did not take sides but looked at both sides to see how she could help us resolve our issues. I would highly recommend Ms. Brand. In the future if need be I would certainly come for her for help again. She is very knowledgeable and takes your issues very seriously and tries to help so that you have a positive outcome.

Deborah did an outstanding job of remaining neutral throughout the process. She explained the law in simple terms and provided frequent insights from her past experiences. The sessions were contentious and she maintained here composure and drove to a fair solution. I highly recommend her and have twice. Both customers have been very appreciative of the service she provided

We went to Deborah as per court order, expecting what had happened the first time which was more fighting and no progress, however we left after maxing out our time on the same team again! It was truly a miracle and I still can't believe it. She talked to us like she knew us forever and said things that will stick with me forever. Phenomenal person and attorney! She gives lawyers a good name.

Deborah Brand discussed every option in my custody case and let me know the costs involved before she did any work so I was not surprised with a huge bill. Even though there was a change to the custody law which required much more legal research on her part, she did not tell that I should simply "accept what was in my current custody order and get over it" or "I need to be more flexible" as other attorneys had that I paid outrageous amount of money. I would not want any other attorney to negotiate on my behalf. She is well respected in the legal community and is clearly at ease and well prepared in front of custody conciliators and judges. My only regret was that I did not retain her from the very beginning. I could have saved years and thousands of dollars in attorney fees.

Deborah has an amazing ability to eliminate volatility and strife in even the most contentious divorce cases. She is extremely sharp, fair, no-nonsense and able to transform very acrimonious circumstances into peaceful resolution that is quick and cost-effective. Highly recommend!
