The staff of Chaffin Luhana surprised me in the end. They have came through with the very best outcome possible for my case. Danielle and Patrick work through the process with me one step at a time all while explaining each step of the process. We agreed upon an adequate settlement closest to my initial request. Horrible experience.I was extremely upset when I called and I was passed around from person to person. Ifinally reached a paralegal and she was not even in Pennsylvania. I was dealing with a traumatic death of an immediate family member. Absolutely no compassion! They were recommended by a friend that used them years ago, obviously things have changed. Do not believe the commercials,They do not care.
