Although I don't have a million dollar personal injury case, the paralegal who handled my case, treated me and my questions as if I DID; she spoke to me with such compassion and empathy, all while being very professional at the same time. Her name is Chloe, and I actually began looking forward to her weekly calls, because it was so nice to hear her friendly voice on the other side of the phone line. I'm grateful that my injuries weren't more severe & I'm grateful that I chose Chaffin Luhana to handle my case for me. Once I signed on with them, I no longer had to answer the annoying insurance calls or letters, and Chloe made it super quick and easy to send pictures of receipts & other items via text message, which I just loved! All in all, I feel I made the right choice for my legal representation when I chose this law firm.
