I was involved in a serious car accident few months ago and had a few injuries . I had reached out to them because of their high rating here. The customer acquisition department was very nice, very empathetic and very professional. I decided to hire them. They assigned me a paralegal that appeared to be very incompetent and terrible at communication . They made me fill out a huge questionnaire and assured me I was in safe hands. The paralegal had 3-4 calls with me and in every call he would ask me same questions and would not provide any updates on the case. I requested him to keep me looped in the progress and updates but he would just disappear and then out of blue call me to again ask the same questions. The whole process was frustrating. I was offered some settlement by the auto insurance company of the car that injured me and the paralegal advised me to not that take because they can get us a better deal. After wasting my time for 2 months, they rejected my case and I was left with no compensation whatsoever. I do not recommend anyone to work with them.

Usually, I don’t like to leave reviews, But unfortunately in this case I decided to write the feedback due to the lack of communication and waste of time. Unfortunately, after wasting my time and energy I received the letter regarding the cancellation of my Rider case even though I explained everything with truly understanding of my situation and never intervened to resolve my case they offered me help because I always try not to get involved with any complaints or sue the company but since they offered me your case very potentially can get results and I decided to start this process which was the completely unfair and wrong decision. I don’t recommend to anyone starting work with these companies simply because they get all your information and never do anything. Who's nose what is this the company doing by collecting your information? Be aware to not provide any information work with them .and I don’t recommend this firm at all.
