I was working as a cashier at a local diy store. I saw same contractor customers on a daily basis. These customers become your friends. I was involved in a MVA in June and one of my regular customers saw that I was having a hard time with my back and legs ever since the accident. This customer brought me a business card for Justin Joseph who is an attorney for Chaffin Luhana and suggested I contact Justin. I emailed my situation to Justin an evening not expecting to hear back for a day or two. To my surprise Justin emailed me back instantly from home. The professional service I am receiving from Justin and his staff is far above my expectations. I would highly recommend attorney Justin Joseph and his staff for anyone needing legal assistance. My experience with Chaffin Luhana has been a journey. From the very beginning Carol, Renee and Misty have all been extremely helpful, professional and caring with the matters of my case! They made sure to explain documents, procedures and what to expect next throughly! The communication with them was phenomenal, I never once felt like a number. There were times during my experience where I was given the run around between my job and disability and Danielle stepped in, cleared everything up! Her interaction truly made me feel secure with the offices support. Danielle keeps in touch with me to make sure my health was getting better, that all documents were accurate and that I was given the updated information on the case. Patrick was very knowledgable, tactful and helped me to understand the next steps of the case. My overall experience is great! I’d recommend them for sure!

I have been dealing with Rene mostly, she is such a sweet lady. Very helpful with everything, answers all of our questions that we may have. They are very quick to respond to you. I also had the wonderful experience of dealing with Danielle, she is very kind, also very helpful, and answers any kinds of questions. These people promise they could help me and told me to tell the defendant I have a attorney just for them to turn around and say they could not help me and I ended up without a dime and plenty of surgery I ended up losing my car my Apartments and everything else don't trust these people they will not help a poor person they would only bring you down more

Everyone on the staff was very kind, and efficient. They walked me thru each step of the process, and were always available anytime I had questions. Very accommodating for special circumstances.
