They did me bad they got more money from my case than i did from a bad car accident they got me twenty-five hundred and have me 500 the paralegals that I got to talk to were nice but I guess thats the play up i never met anyone except the guy that came out if I didn't even want to give them the one star but that's the only way I could leave a review I'm a real person with real issues and they played me ...run

Unless you lose a limb or a life they will not assist you. My daughter and I were in an accident in January and suffered whip lash, headaches and back pain which resulted in medication and physical therapy. They came out and took all our information with our police report due to no fault on our end. We're thought that they were working on our case but was told five months later that another firm was going to "assist us". The new firm wanted us to do everything all over again. I'm very disappointed and was lied to. Why wait so long and they still had my original information? They need to be upfront and honest about who they service. *Update: 08/16/2017 It's been three weeks since they told me that they would return my information and still nothing. The receptionist said that they had tried to reach me from a blocked number due to privacy but never left a message. Like I said before unless you lose a limb or a life they may not help you. Don't waste your time and ask up front and get it in writing. Good luck!

I was in a pretty depressed and worried state after my accident. My daughter worried and cried every night asking me if we were going to lose our house and our car. On top of that, I wondered how I was going to feed my children knowing that I wouldn't be returning to work anytime soon. I found Chaffin Luhana on Google while searching for lawyers and they were the best decision I made. From day one, the entire staff was there anytime I needed them. Even if it was to cry on their shoulders. They kept telling me to concentrate on myself and to heal. That they would take care of everything else. And they did! I've never worked with such caring and devoted people in my life. They had answers to my questions and was with me the entire step of the way. I often wondered if those other law firms would've treated me like they did. I know I made the right decision when I chose Chaffin Luhana. Even after the case was closed, the staff still checks in on me and my kids to see how we're doing. Thank you to everyone at Chaffin Luhana for caring the way you did. It meant the world to me.
