I just want take a moment to express how fortunate I was to find the Fenters Ward Law Firm. The leaders and support staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I think what I loved most was the transparency and the customer experience. Quick to respond to client inquiries - typically 24 hours. I hired the firm for debt defense... I did everything via email - never had to go to the actual law firm location. They are very thorough and transparent in their client agreements. They answered all my questions and set expectations accordingly. More importantly they demonstrated their proven track record by prevailing in my case. I am grateful and I highly recommend this firm.

I received a letter after i got my notice to appear in court from a firm who i had no idea who they represented.I called only a few days before court and they handled everythingfor me.I didnt have to appear for the first hearing or the second that was reuested by the plaintif.They have called me about everything regarding my case.I am very pleased with their services and they are at least 200 mile rom where i live.I would recommend them to anyone in this siuation.

I received a letter from the magistrate that I was not expecting. It was the result of disputing a collections account on one of those internet credit check companies. Although I did have an account with that particular store I did not owe that money because I had paid what I owed. My identity was stolen at least once that I'm aware of...and why I don't know because I'm not a wealthy person...but the collections company insisted it was my doing and sued me for it. I received several letters by mail from other law firms willing to represent me but the up front honesty of Fenters Ward letter is what caught my attention. I had less than 7 days to obtain counsel and I called them. I paid a partial retainer and they went to court for me. I made monthly payments to them for a couple more months and had no further issues. There was no problems, they won my case, they were always willing and available to answer my questions. It could not have gone smoother and I really appreciate them. Thank you.

I can't say enough to how helpful this firm has been for me I called on night after 5 and talked to Mr. Ward answered phone himself the family atmosphere was so nice when I had to go to office with my grandson also want to say how helpful and welcoming Suzanne and Maryann are!!!!!
