I absolutely loved the family environment they perceive. When I called, treated me as a person not just another case like others. Everyone from top to bottom were all very nice and explained things thoughly. They all have the patience in explaining something if you didn't understand completely. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm. They all are very well experienced and it shows. It's rare these days to find a company where EVERYONE will go above and beyond and actually work as a team!! This Firm really does all it says it will do and more. If you are dealing with Capital One these are your guys. After retaining their services Cap One backed out of my judgement hearing. You are never out of options and these guys are simply the best!!! Thank you for your help!!!!

First time ever having to get a attorney for anything, they explained everything that I needed to know & do. Made sure I understood what was going to happen and answered any questions I may have had. Payment is covenant, their customer service is excellent. Not only do they mail information to you they will email it as well which is a plus. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need help with a debt problem. I was very pleased with the outcome of everything, they called to let me know what happened every step of the way an that is excellent in my book.
