I just filed a civil suit against Josh Ward. He was served by Sheriff on 12-28-2023. He mishandled two employment settlements for me because he was to busy trying to solicit me to work as his consultant for his new Homecare Business. Ardent Care. He was more worried about getting free information out of me that he was distracted from completing my suit ethically. He told clients business unprovoked. He said, “I’m suing Abraham healthcare, for x, y, and z.” I won’t repeat because it was never my business & at the time it was hear say. I later contacted this man and he confirmed that Josh Ward did try to sue him. So he showed he was not to be trusted. Plus he seemed to be happy to take down his new competition in the healthcare field. My 1st settlement he took more than half of settlement. Even though I started off with Fenters Law firm and signed with them in 2020. I got Josh 2 years later by default of Fenters stepping down. I asked for updated retainer with him, he refused. In between the second settlement I pulled out from being his consultant because if you’re already playing with my money it will only get worse. Well it did. In retaliation for me not working with him he kept the entire settlement that was paid out in April, 2023. He refused calls, documents, retainer, accountant receipts, etc. to cover up his mishandling of documentation. I tried calling every lawyer downtown Pittsburgh and they all were friends with him. So civil suit it will be. He thought he was going to keep my money without any contract and I was just going to go away quietly. It’s been 8 months of his theft. He then tried to send me the smallest portion to pay me off in October, 2023. I replied no way. He then sent a fake receipt of more money but check was never accompanied with the fake receipt. He’s really a piece of work. Taking advantage of this black single mom with a son with autism. SMH..Shame on him.

I would highly recommend JP Ward and associates to friends and family, and anyone who needs legal services. I had contacted them regarding a creditor issue and won the case for me. Since then, they have helped remove negative marks on my credit report and helped improve my scores. This was all included with my fee for the initial case. They are very easy to work with on payment plans, and all around pleasant to deal with!!! I would highly recommend them for anyone having issues with creditors!!! They are great!!!
