From my first phone call to them i dealt with Zack, he walked me through the process always had time for my phone calls to let me vent about my stressful situation of selling my house and life in general.... all around fantastic guy...... Then theres Randy an a associate of Buybox he went above and beyond for me.... I need my license before the closing and didnt have a ride there..... Randy took the time out of his day to take me to the drivers license center and paid for me to get a duplicate..... I recently sold my house through BuyBox & I am very happy with my experience. I worked with a total of 3 people to get my home sold and in 6 weeks, I had the money. I had never been thru anything like this & they were nothing but kind & accommodating from start to finish. In my case, I was in a situation where I had to sell asap while living 55 minutes away while working full time. For me, this company was a exactly what I needed. Every hurdle I had, they held my hand & walked with me through it. Zach was especially helpful. He was always available & knowledgeable.
