I first met Ellen through her leadership getting L-1 visas to bring executives at our company to Seattle after a global merger. When the time came that we needed a lawyer for U.S. permanent residency for my husband, it was our pleasure to work with Ellen again. Ellen was highly transparent about each step of the process with USCIS, and gives clear, direct guidance. I have been fortunate to work with many good lawyers over the years, and Ellen stands apart in that she is exceptionally concise and accurate with her advice: no emails full of legalese, or questionable billable hours. Ellen delivers efficiently on exactly what she promises, and is also responsive and caring.
