Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Despite numerous conversations about all of the documentation from the Specialists I had seen and the documentation from my Concussion Doctor stating that I may have neurological pain for the rest of my life, she kept making excuses as to why it "didn't matter". She never fought for future medical bills.”
