Kathleen and Margie were wonderful! The IRS was trying to tax me for an error in tax forms submitted by my financial institution. I tried twice to clear it up myself, but they obviously weren't even looking at the explanations and documentation I sent them. They just kept sending letters to me with threats to come after me for payment. Kathleen and Margie sent the information, and cleared the matter up immediately. Thanks to them, I am finally on the road to recovery from all the stress and anxiety caused by the nature of the IRS inquiry and scope of potential financial penalties. I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs.

She did advise that I was dealing with "quite a mess" but did not offer further services; however, she did wish me "the best of luck." I don't know who these other people that rated her so highly we working with, but it certainly wasn't the woman I spoke to. Don't waste your time or money.
