Pros
1
Knowledgeable, experienced, and professional attorneys who fight hard for their clients
“Justin Ketchel Law are confident and professional attorneys. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. Anthony Jackson my attorney went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome for my case.”
2
Excellent communication and responsiveness
“They were very communicative, efficient, and nice people. They made the worst of my situation into something not so bad.”
3
Achieve favorable outcomes and get charges reduced or dismissed
“I was facing major charges when I contacted David. He was straightforward and asked me what kind of results I was hoping for by attaining his counsel and told me what I could expect from him. He made no promises but assured me that he would fight for the best outcome. At the end of it all he got my charges dropped to 2 misdemeanors with no jail time rather than the 129 charges I was facing.”
4
Reasonable and transparent fees
“The Ketchel law firm helped every step of the way in getting a cased dismissed due to lack of evidence. They are affordable and very reliable.”
5
Caring and understanding approach
“Multiple men from the firm have assisted me with my case over the past year. They have been helpful and nice, but the person that helped me the most was Barb. I cannot explain how much effort she put into having my record cleared.”
Cons
1
Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the firm
“Called them and never got a call back.”
2
Concerns about hidden fees or overcharging
“They told me they could do my whole case for 2k and wanted a thousand up front before I did this we talked, and I told a lawyer in his firm no pleas I had a lawyer previously that showed up to 1 hearing charged me a thousand and said just take the plea. I came in after explaining that to them on the phone they take my money postpone my case for a while. When my trial date comes up they tell me if I take a plea they won't charge me a extra 500$ to go in there and look over it my thousand dollars would cover it because they won't take my case to trial. I'm out of a thousand dollars after I told them my intentions they told me they'll fight and after a few postponed dates they lay down and tell me they won't do it, I basically just paid for them to tell me to take a plea agreement”
