I personally cannot express how much I appreciated working with Mr. Piccirilli on my divorce case. He was affordable, fair, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. So I have been in a 9 year battle with my ex-wife in regards to child support and custody for my daughter and I have been through 5 lawyers and 28 hearings and not once has it ever turned out the way it should have and none of the lawyers did there job at all Anthony is the first and only to actually put in the effort and do the work to show that it was not just about taking my money he actually fought back and didn't just take what her lawyer was saying I have never had a fare shake this family court system and for once everything was fare and went in a fare manor for all cause at the end of the day it is suppose to be about the child and what's best for her not my ex-wife and what she wants just to make me miserable I am truly grateful and will be using Anthony's services for my up coming custody hearing as well

Make sure you have messages correspondence, pictures times and dates. And don’t just show up or act crazy. Written and digital formats most importantly. The beginning of our journey November 2023 I had not had my son for a single overnight stay since he was born. But I kept doing the right thing and keeping my side of the street clean. Our journey to get Shared physical, and shared legal custody of our son was over By June of 2023. I had achieved those goals and finished child support court. I was prepared and had the whole team of DeRiso On hand, working with me every step of the way. (I’m sure most of the time they were sick of me ) Remember, not every ship sails smoothly. Went with this law firm for a child custody issue and although the circumstances of that case really sucked and it was drawn out way too long by the other party, my attorney Alex was great. She was easy to work with and listened to all my concerns and helped formulate a plan. She gave me a realistic view of possible outcomes from the start. There was one misunderstanding at the close of my case over a refund I was frustrated at first, but Molly DeRiso called me personally on a Saturday to correct the issue and clear up the misunderstanding.
