Mistakes and lack of professionalism in some cases
“Took extended time to get the deed sent out and recorded, due to multiple mistakes on the firms part. When brought to the attention of Beth she was very defensive and pointed the finger at my lending agency for the mistakes, which later found out to be the firms fault.”

Unwillingness to accommodate client requests
“Also, I was quoted the normal fees if they did add the name and an additional $1***.** for taxes that I already paid. I inquired with several other law firms and they advised me that no additional taxes needed paid. Long story short, I will never recommend the use of talarico paladino and berg for any real estate needs to anyone I care about.”
