Cons
1
Unprofessional and unresponsive customer service, failing to return calls or provide updates
“The only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Every time I call they avoid me and I feel like I wasted my time with them.”
2
Unwilling to take on certain cases, even after initially agreeing to represent the client
“Wasted 2 years of my life only two tell me I had no case a month b4 my hearing. And they where rude. Dont go to this law firm go somewhere else.”
3
Rude and dismissive behavior towards clients, including questioning their medical conditions
“I had called this firm and inquired about being represented at my disability hearing. The firm responded and agreed to take my case, sent me a welcome packet etc. I got a call from a Barbara Manna who is not a lawyer but handles ssd claims. Well!...judging on her attitude towards me and basic rudeness..a far cry from the understanding people they claim to be on their commercials. She told me I would be discriminated on due to my age and even had the nerve to question my medications!..insinuating drug abuse, doctor shopping.”
