My divorce was starting to look much different than what I thought my ex-wife and I had amicably agreed upon. She hired a lawyer and never told me about it, then did a complete 180 on me and basically wanted everything but the shirt off my back. Because we have children, I wanted things to be as least messy as possible. During my time with Attorney Kunka, we came to discover that she actually had monthly income of which I was not aware, in addition to a trust that she had never mentioned before in our fourteen years together. Needless to say, Mr. Kunka impeccably argued my case and we came to a very fair agreement. Situations like these are not fun, so it was great to know Ellis had my back and answers to my questions from the time we began working together. For someone who is independently wealthy and stood to lose everything, Mr. Kunka saved me and my relationship with my kids. Thanks, Ellis!
