The paralegal, Leslie, was always easy to contact, and she always provided an accurate answer. Kenny Steinberg was equally easy to contact and always provided an accurate answer. There were some tough issues but they navigated through those problems. I highly recommend their services.

Kenny steinberg took the time to talk with me and give me guidance on my next steps to repay my debt. I was totally prepared to file bankruptcy if needed but the fact that you took the time to go over the details of the situation and give me real advice based on my best interest was more than I could have asked for. Our conversation gave me the confidence that I can handle paying down this debt and building credit.

The only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Every time I call they avoid me and I feel like I wasted my time with them. It’s been 1 year and I have no information. I wish I would have went through a more conserving and professional company. The staff here are all horrible besides James Ramous the investigator. I am so disappointed with them avoiding me instead of telling me what it is. Very unprofessional and sends you to voicemail.

Outstanding service! I would highly recommend this law group. From the initial consult with Ken Steidl that assured me that this move would be a “fresh start”. The initial consult he answered all my questions. Every question he answered fully, and honestly! During the process I would send emails and they were answered the same day! Friendly service! Very understanding!
They really do all the work, they sit in the drivers seat and you enjoy the ride!
