My experience with Robert Peirce & Associates, P.C. was exceptional. From the first day that I contacted them, I knew I made the right choice. Their entire team is very knowledgeable and guides you through the entire process with ease. They handled everything and answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. I felt as though they did all the hard work gathering and updating my medical records and responding to all requests. All I had to do was keep my doctor appointments and let the office know when I went. And the day of my hearing, Barbara Manna made me feel at ease. I was certainly blessed to have her as my disability representative. And her assistant, Lauren Smith was wonderful as well. She explained items in my Decision Letter with ease. Thank you so much for representing me!

I had called this firm and inquired about being represented at my disability hearing. The firm responded and agreed to take my case, sent me a welcome packet etc. I got a call from a Barbara Manna who is not a lawyer but handles ssd claims. Well!...judging on her attitude towards me and basic rudeness..a far cry from the understanding people they claim to be on their commercials. She told me I would be discriminated on due to my age and even had the nerve to question my medications!..insinuating drug abuse, doctor shopping. I am a very sick person and by no means chose the health problems I have, I’ve always worked and wish I could! I’ve been told over and over again to go to Burger and Green and I should have listened!..now my hearing is two weeks away and I have to represent myself. Why take a case then kick me to the curb?

Scott Simon and Adam Murdock were wonderful to work with. They are great down to earth guys. I always felt comfortable with them. I would recommend these guys to to anyone.
