Barbara Manna, waited 2 years and decided not to represent me. She waited a month before my hearing to do this. She is a nasty, odious, worthless, greedy, lazy subhuman. She’s not even an attorney.

I want to let everyone how wonderful the people are at Robert Peirce & Associates are. I contacted them in September 2017 and became a client of theirs. They took care of my appeal process and got all the paper work together for my hearing. With all that they did, they got me a full favorably decision. I am very proud of them and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is trying to get disability.

When someone you love is medically neglected it is important to have a lawyer representing you who understands the pain and loss as well as legal ramifications.
This firm does research and doesn't give opinions off the cuff.
Atty. Scott Simon worked with me and not only understood every aspect of my case in terms of legal standards but also understood the personal aspects.

Robert Peirce and Associates bungled my Social Security Disability claim badly, totally and completely. Carl Osterhout was the associate's name. He showed up for court totlly unprepared. I was forced to fire him and hire another law firm. I was awarded benefits ultimately but the delay cost me thousands in lost benefits.
