All the paperwork was done and we got our discharge. Our paralegal wasn’t great at responding and I had to cc the attorney several times to get responses. I was told 4 times during the process that a letter would be sent for some tax stuff dealing with the bankruptcy. When the bankruptcy got discharged, the paperwork wasn’t sent and they said they fulfilled the requirements of the contract, despite being assured I could have the letter sent over. Don’t expect to have any questions after discharge either cause they won’t respond or when they do, they will tell you your case is closed. Overall, we got what we needed but further assistance of questions regarding the stuff you paid them to handle is terrible.

Was able to speak with Charles personally. He gave me sound legal advice, without a fee or the need to sign forms. He presented everything clearly to me and offered follow up access questions should I need to ask anything else!

Ken Steidl and crew are the Mac Daddy of the bankruptcy process. They are all awesome and know exactly what they need to do to make sure that you have a smooth transition from being in debt to not having any debt. It's a little process but, if you have half a brain you will get through it. I highly recommend Steidl and Steinberg for your bankruptcy needs....

Really hit or miss. If you are seeking assistance with social security/disability appeals, I would urge you to look elsewhere. Outdated, unethical, and potentially dangerous understanding of disability rights.

Ken Steidl was my attorney and I can't say enough good things about him. He was always available to help and answer any question I had any time...even on weekends. Over the phone or through email...he was always quick and always reassuring. He made the process easy and uncomplicated. I'm very happy with his service.

Attorney Steinberg was very helpful and Rachel was very helpful as well it took time to respond by email but they got back to us in a timely matter and they helped with problems that came up during the process and helped us with a emergency situation without any hesitation I would definitely recommend them to help anybody that needed to go through bankruptcy they were very helpful and comforting while walking us through the procedure and explained the procedure in great detail wow they help us to stay at ease throughout the process
