Called to talk to someone about my special needs son and his ssid/disability and putting his money in a trust and the lady i was transferred to was absolutely vile! I was not rude at first until she got absolutely nasty with me! Had she’d been nicer and a little more understanding I would have paid for their services, I’ll give my money to someone else! If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My elderly mother had several questions regarding reverse mortgages. Mr. Steidl personally took the call and answered all of her questions and explained everything to her in perfect detail. When my mother asked how much she owed him, he said that the consultation service was free and if she had any more questions, to please call back any time. Mr. Steidl was very kind and polite.
