Pros
1
Highly experienced and knowledgeable attorneys who provide excellent legal representation
“Brendan Lupetin is an amazing attorney. Our family was dealing with an extremely delicate situation that involved many parties. His legal acumen gave us the confidence that our case would be handled fairly and was in safe hands.”
2
Attorneys are compassionate, caring, and make clients feel like a priority
“From the moment I met Mr. Tully, he was down-to-earth, friendly, and accommodating. I was in a bad car accident where I received a bad head injury and in addition to feeling scared and alone, the medical bills seemed to be piling up by the day. Mr. Tully reassured me that not only would he help, but that he would give it his all to make sure I received the maximum settlement.”
3
Attorneys communicate effectively and keep clients well-informed throughout the process
“Brendan always took all our phone calls and not once made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He always kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had.”
4
Attorneys fight hard to get the best possible outcomes for their clients
“Brendan Lupetin helped me with a very complicated insurance bad faith case. From start to finish, the case took more than four years. During that time, the defendants filed multiple discovery requests, motions, and other actions intended to delay and complicate the case. Brendan answered every action with an effective response and never lost a single dispute.”
5
Attorneys have a strong reputation and receive high praise from clients and other legal professionals
“I highly recommend Berger & Lagnese, LLC, especially Josh Berger and David Paul. As a lawyer who represents injured people, I want someone who is knowledgeable on the law of the state, has the respect of the local defense lawyers and of course the judges. I also want someone my clients will feel comfortable working with. When I have a case in Pittsburgh or Western Pennsylvania I know that Berger & Lagnese, LLC has all those attributes.”
Cons
1
Some attorneys may not be responsive or communicate well with clients
“I was told at the beginning of my son's divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn't have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign. My son was charged $6500 for this. This is unethical.”
2
Billing practices and fees may not always be transparent or reasonable
“I was informed they would take 40 percent, but I was never properly informed they also take fees out of the money also.”
