Well called Kim on the phone and even though she didn't know me she was very helpful with good ideas and was so generally pleasant and helped me to solve my problem.

Receptionist was nice, however Its been 3 weeks since I have called and was waiting on a call back but I guess it wasn't important enough for them to want any business!!!!. Its ok I found someone!!!!
