Lack of communication and updates from the attorneys
“Extremely poor communication, they do not know their clients!! Send out documents late. The attorneys would prefer to go through costly litigation! They are about making more money for the firm. Do not even deserve 1 star.”

“Unfortunately, I would catch mistakes that were made in organizing and labeling certain files I sent to them when they would ask me to verify things. My first lawyer left the firm and I was given the choice to follow her to her new firm (no thanks!) or stay with Voelker & Kairys. I chose to stay with this firm and be represented by a different lawyer within the firm. At first, communication was decent. It quickly became apparent that my new lawyer was just as bad as my first. Again, I was dealing with questions and concerns being ignored. My estranged spouse and their legal counsel were playing aggressively, constantly sending me threatening letters. Meanwhile, my legal counsel just sat idly by and refused to be aggressive on my part.”
