I hired John Gismondi&associates to handle the wrongful death of my son. John and Joe Froetschel, who handled the case, were very professional but also compassionate and kind during what was the worst and most painful time for me. Joe was extremely thorough in regards to every aspect of the case. He sat through the preliminary hearing, everyday of the trial, and sentencing. He always communicated and made sure I understood what was going on. When it came reaching a settlement in the lawsuit he made sure my voice was heard.
