I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

This firm and our Attorney has been nothing less then a blessing to our family, when we thought that everything was going against my son fighting for his child, Chrystal stepped in with no hesitation and took the wheel, provided the evidence and got my son his child. we are so grateful for everything she does and pushes hard for us each and everytime, she fights for us like she would for her own family. I couldn't be more happier, pleased and blessed 🙏 and would refer anyone I know to this firm and attorney any chance I get. Thank you again!!!!

I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience with Notaro Epstein. My attorney is Erika Reichert and she has worked so hard to understand my specific situation and concerns. She is very thorough and makes sure that all my questions are answered, no matter how many I ask her! I feel like this firm genuinely cares about me as a client and wants to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend Notaro Epstein!

Never felt important or heard. Misled originally with only quotes from prepaid service packages and then was immediately changed to hourly service once I had signed with them. Why didn't anyone mention my lack of eligibility, why even present this as an option? Felt like a tactic to land me as a client when I was lawyer shopping. My initial lawyer was really good when she was present, but it was almost impossible to get a hold of her for any real information once I had a contract. She was late to our appointments and even to the support conference she helped me with. So many questions unanswered and I went without response for weeks with my original attorney. I called reception after feeling ghosted to make sure my attorney was okay and got laughed at for questioning it. My attorney emailed me back to say "no new updates" but didn't address any of the previous questions. I emailed my attorney and the partner to let her know how unhappy I was with my lack of representation. The partner emailed me back quickly, but I got no response from my lawyer about it. I then switched to a new attorney with the firm and had a more favorable experience, but ultimately a bad experience with the company. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

I paid the firm over $2500 in 2010 and still have yet to get a divorce decree, they sat with me in a child support hearing and watched me fight by myself for fair child support payments as they watched in silenced. They literally did nothing while I sat next to my ex husband’s lawyer and they came back with a total of $120/ month for three children under 6, two in diapers and one on formula. He initially agreed to paying for all the children’s insurances, which he let lapse shortly after the hearing. I’m not even sure what I paid for because to this day I have nothing to show for it but receipts. I made a follow up call a few years ago to ask about the divorce decree and was told they would check into it and I never heard back from anyone it’s 2025 and I’m starting the process over again on my own. I’m beyond annoyed and disappointed believing these women would fight for my rights as a single mother. They definitely drained the retainer before any real divorce proceedings could be finalized. I felt deceived and now have to re file to complete a divorce I paid over a decade ago to receive. I definitely would not recommend them for any legal service at all.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation. Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line. I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Don't even waste your time with this law firm .

My husband and I attempted to use Notaro to draft a prenuptial agreement prior to our wedding. We had some unique aspects to our situation, and before agreeing to work with Notaro got confirmation from them that they had the experience and would be able to deal with those unique aspects. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There were many rounds of back and forth - we would explain what we wanted to have Notaro confirm they understood and would draft it up, only to have the draft not reflect what we had discussed. Ultimately we ended up drafting the language ourselves to ensure it was what we wanted and had Notaro review. Upon their review they made substantial changes without informing us of their impact, and did not even point to where in the document they had made changes without us asking. It is common practice for all legal edits to be done in redline to make sure adjustments to long, 50+ page documents, are easy to spot, but this was never once done with the Notaro group. We ultimately canceled our agreement, but despite failing to deliver the work they had affirmed they were capable of handling when we first approached them, we did not receive any meaningful reimbursement back. If there is anything even a bit unique about your situation, I would not recommend working with them.
