2
Compassionate and caring approach, treating clients like family rather than just another case
“From the moment I met Mr. Tully, he was down-to-earth, friendly, and accommodating. I was in a bad car accident where I received a bad head injury and in addition to feeling scared and alone, the medical bills seemed to be piling up by the day. Mr. Tully reassured me that not only would he help, but that he would give it his all to make sure I received the maximum settlement.”
3

“Brendan Lupetin was very communicative, informative, kind and caring. Every time I spoke with Brendan on the phone I was left feeling like I had a full understanding of the situation at hand.”
4
Aggressive and tenacious advocacy, willing to go the extra mile to fight for the best possible outcome for clients
“Brendan Lupetin and his firm took on my case when no one else would. He was very professional and attended to every need. He was efficient and did not give up on my case.”

Cons
1
Occasional issues with communication and responsiveness, leading to frustration for some clients
“I was told at the beginning of my son's divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn't have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars.”
2
Potential for mishandling or neglect of cases, resulting in poor outcomes for clients
“My case was punted to Ana Lisa Petrella and she quit from my case 1 week before my hearing. She withdrew because of miscommunication , even though i had communicated my wants multiple times. It is called not listening, not caring, and only wanting to play nice with other attorneys.”
