Lack of communication and updates from the legal team
“I had an accident last year the attorney Erin is my representative but as i signed my papers for there fee and charges they stop contact me to give me update about my case whenever i gave her call she didn't respond. It's there job to hive me updates even though i am paying them 40% fee as well.. she is so rude.”

Unresponsive and dismissive attitude from some attorneys
“Unless you have an easy case don't use this firm. My case was punted to Ana Lisa Petrella and she quit from my case 1 week before my hearing. She withdrew because of miscommunication , even though i had communicated my wants multiple times. It is called not listening, not caring, and only wanting to play nice with other attorneys.”
